Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during product drops, restocks, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:
- U.S. orders: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
XSStudiosco is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address at checkout. XSStudiosco is not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. XSStudiosco is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs processing.
Returns / Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
